Chen Shengkuan, a father living in China, suspects that his son was kidnapped and now he’s on hunt to find him. In China it’s common practice for the wealthy to kidnap male children of the poor to ensure that they will have an heir for their business empires. Shengkuan believes that this is what happened to his son, and alerted the authorities of the situation. So far police have come up empty handed, so Shengkuan took matters into his own hands and has spent the past 15 months trying to find him. Despite being paralyzed from polio, he perseveres, literally crawling from one city to the next to show pictures of his son to strangers in hopes of finding a lead.
